She is a certified corporate trainer, a certified guidance counsellor & an educational administration expert, having received her training and education from elite institutions including ICBI India, Jamia Millia Islamia and Symbiosis, Pune. She is empaneled with National Career Service (NCS), Ministry of Labor and Employment as a Career Counsellor and Vocational Guidance Expert.

Prior to these experiences, she also completed her masters degrees in commerce (M.Com.) and education (M.Ed.) from Shri Ram College of Commerce (SRCC) and Maharshi Dayanand University (MDU) respectively. Since then, she has had more than 2 decades of experience in various fields of work - starting with working in the insurance sector, moving on to teaching at a government school, and finally moving to the private sector as an in house Counsellor and Human Resource Manager for different companies.

It was then when she decided to start Life Essence, to add greater value in other's lives using the knowledge and skills that she acquired over the years in her journey through various industries, domains and verticals.

He is a Chartered Accountant having more than 3 decades of experience in the fields of commercial and business consulting. He is an expert in debt syndication and debt restructuring, having worked with financial institutions, public as well as private sector banks and NBFCs, for various categories of clients across different sectors. He is empaneled with Punjab National Bank as a Statutory Auditor, with IDBI as a Concurrent Auditor, and with Union Bank of India, Titan Biotech and Titan Securities as an Insolvency Professional.

He is a certified Insolvency Professional since 2019, a Chartered Accountant since 1992 and registered with IBBI as an Insolvency Professional (IP) under Regulation 7 read with Regulation 5, w.e.f. 31st May, 2019. He is also a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), and a DISA (Diploma in Information Systems) Professional.

Having rich experience of working with various industries and businesses, he is an out of the box thinker with acute business acumen and creative solutions to management and business challenges.

25+ years of pioneering successful journey in Delivering Wonderful Results and Business Value in High-growth Environments. He is a PMI (USA) certified Project Management Professional (PMP), a Scrum Alliance Certified Scrum Master (SCM), and a Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP). He had a distinguished career of donning leadership roles with insightful exposure to IT Consulting, Global IT Management, Business Delivery and Rollout, Planning, and Vision for future organizational growth & expansion in different business vertical(s) / requirement(s). An out of the box thinker with a unique blend of Managerial, Qualitative and Technical acumen.

A creative thinker who has been mentoring people on how to adopt spiritual practices in their daily lives and also assisting them in applying the Law of Attraction principles to fulfuil their dreams and aspirations.
